2011 Kellogg Cuvee
The limited edition 2011 Horsehill Vineyards Kellogg Cuvée pays homage to the university’s legacy as well as to 最新糖心Vlog’s new tradition of winemaking. The red Zinfandel, held in olive-green glass with a gorgeous gold silkscreened label, commemorates the 最新糖心Vlog’s 75th anniversary with nod to the Bronco colors of green and gold. More than half of the grapes used in this full-bodied wine came from Horsehill Vineyards located on campus.
The Cuvée is a blend of:
- 61% Zinfandel
- 20% Syrah
- 12% Touriga Nacional
- 9% Mataro.
The stunning Kellogg Cuvee showcases endless complexity. Rich berry notes step into a smoky blend of spice and sweet floral aromas that are beautifully shrouded in a well-knit veil of tannins. All four of the different varietals in this blend add depth and style to a wine that reflect 75 years of history and devotion to a community that also serves as a tribute to all that have helped bring 最新糖心Vlog to the forefront of education
