Summary: The CSU Chancellor's Office will perform planned maintenance for PeopleSoft from Saturday, November 7, at 5 p.m. through Sunday, November 8, at 6 p.m. Campus Solutions, Common Human Resources (CHRS), and areas displaying information from these systems in BroncoDirect and MyCPP will be unavailable.

What does this mean for me? You will be unable to access PeopleSoft during the maintenance period. Please complete any time-sensitive tasks an hour before maintenance begins.

The following services will be unavailable:

• BroncoDirect / Student Center
• Class Enrollment
• Payments
• Degree Progress Reports
• Class Search
• HR Self Service & CHRS
  • Time & Labor
  • Absence Management
• Student Employment Module
• Part-Time Faculty Module
• HR Reports

During this planned service interruption outside our regular maintenance windows, users will continue to be able to access MyCPP, Canvas, email, and other IT services. Areas in MyCPP that display information from BroncoDirect and PeopleSoft will be unavailable.

The Division of Information Technology tries to minimize the time systems are unavailable outside standard maintenance windows. PeopleSoft system maintenance is an exception because the Chancellor’s Office schedules systemwide maintenance for all CSU campuses.
