Can I submit a request on behalf of another person or a group of people?

No. Each person needing funding must ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog individually.

How will the Bronco Leadership Fund pay for my professional development?

Approved individuals must pay for the professional development upfront and must submit all required paperwork within 5 business days to receive reimbursement.

How long will it take for me to get reimbursed?

The length of time depends on a few factors: submitting a complete Bronco Leadership Fund packet; providing accurate information; and the timeliness in submitting. Please be advised that it can take up to 3 months to receive.

How much funding can I request?

Up to $1,000 provided those are direct costs of participating in the professional development opportunity and are allowable expenses. The application requires you to upload a completed Bronco Leadership Fund Itemized Budget Request Form, which will help us in allocating a funding amount and ensuring the expense is reimbursable.

For guidance on allowable travel expense policies, please visit CPP Travel Allowable Expenses. Expenses covered by the Bronco Leadership Fund are ones that you incur from participating in the professional development opportunity, such as the cost of traveling to and from and registration fees.

How often can I request funding?

You may receive funding once per academic year. If you have already received reimbursement from the Bronco Leadership Fund during the 2025-2026 academic year, you will not be granted additional funding for additional professional development opportunities.
