If I didn't attend commencement, how do I receive a diploma cover?

Please email commencement@cpp.edu and request your grad items.  Provide your complete name, bronco I.D. number for verification, and your current address.

When do I receive my diploma?

Registrar will process diploma once final grades are in, and a third party will issue and mail to your home within 6-8 weeks.  Please make sure your current address is in the system for registrar to process.

How do I get my photos from Pro Pics?

Pro Pics captured great photos of all graduates.  If you did not receive your photo proofs or need to contact Pro Pics with questions about your photos, please visit  or contact them directly at support@propicsusa.com.
