The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch

Our Story

The Collins College of Hospitality Management was established in 1973 as part of the School of Business Administration at 最新糖心Vlog. In 1986, it became its own program and, in 2008, its own college. Today, The Collins College is consistently ranked among the top 10 hospitality and hotel management schools in the world. One reason for the college鈥檚 success is the unique partnership between the university and industry leaders, a collaboration that led to the creation of the Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch. The brainchild of Robert Small, founding dean of The Collins College, and restaurateur Patrick Terrail, founder of the legendary West Hollywood restaurant Ma Maison, the restaurant was funded by industry leaders who saw a need for a hands-on training restaurant on the West Coast. Throughout its history, the restaurant has attracted skilled instructors and chefs, many of whom are graduates of the program.
